  1. A natural body posture, but with your back straight, is the key to showing confidence and looking good. Sometimes with changing small things like posture, it gives us a totally different and much better image.
  2. Wear clothes that you feel comfortable with and that fit your size, neither smaller nor larger, or if it is, don’t make it look too exaggerated. Clothing your size will help to enhance your figure and make you look better.
  3. Make the most of what you have. We girls have a tendency to compare ourselves with others, but it’s important to focus on ourselves and to make the most of what we have.
  4. Take care of yourself. You don’t have to diet or do anything strange, just take care of yourself. Eat healthy and have an active life, getting some exercise every day. It will help us feel better both inside and out and, of course, improve our personal image.
  5. Stop putting other people’s wishes before your own. Sometimes we pay more attention to a friend or family member than we do to ourselves. Listen to yourself and dress as you like, although always try to keep the above points in mind.
  6. Feel confident about yourself. Security is key because it’s what you pass on to other people. If you feel safe, you’ll pass that on. Safety is the key to success!
