These photos were taken on a trip to Watson's Bay in Sydney's eastern suburbs. It was quite windy that day so it was near impossible to get a shot with the hat on without me having to keep at least one hand firmly placed on it. 


I have always seen Hermes scarves worn in magazines as tops and thought I'd try it out myself and turned one of my scarves into a bandeau. Tying it up in the wind was a mission to say the least but eventually we managed to get the outfit together for some photos.

The Woolmark Company is giving wool lovers the chance to make history by setting a new world record for the World’s Longest Social Scarf. Launching on Tuesday 29th of May, The Woolmark Company’s ‘Wrapped in Merino’ campaign which runs on a microsite and on the We Love Wool community, aims to connect people in social media as they collaboratively design a giant virtual scarf. 

Each participant creates their own section of the scarf, adding their photo and customising the scarf design, before sharing it with their friends through Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter. 

Participants automatically enter the draw to win one of eight fashion prize packs, including Net-A-Porter vouchers and soft Merino wool scarves. 

Merino wool is a unique fibre, loved by fashion and apparel designers for its quality and versatility. The campaign aims to give users a hands on experience with this fibre as they are given the opportunity to design and customise their own personal scarf.

So what are you waiting for guys? Start wrapping yourself in Merino!

Woke up on the morning of our one year anniversary feeling very colourful and experimental with my colours. Truthfully I didn't bring all that much to my boyfriends place and had to make do with what was there and turned out great! Heading out to find more perfect places to take photos today and will definitely have more posts coming soon!

We couldn't have picked a worse day to come to this awesome place, it was cold and windy and quite frankly we struggled to take photos where I didn't look like I was standing naked in the middle of the Arctic circle. Quote from the boyfriend "can you please stop looking so cold?."

It's been a fantastic weekend of celebrations with Saturday being my wonderful boyfriends 23rd birthday and Sunday marking the one-year milestone of our relationship. It's been a whole year since we began dating and we have done so much in this time; been on numerous road trips to various corners of the state exploring and we've been on an amazing holiday to South America! Just wishing the amazing boy (above) another Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary!

Now for something blog related.. we went shopping along Oxford St and for those of you who have been to Sydney; it is definitely one of the best places to be on saturdays to shop. Naturally we had to make a trip there on one of my very rare Saturdays that I have off from work. Beginning with a quick snack at a local cafe before wandering the streets and the markets in search of anything that tickles our fancy.

I had been admiring this Lover blazer for quite some time and finally decided to treat myself; in fact I have probably been treating myself to a little too much this past month.. oops!

Found these photos amidst my archives that were taken quite a long time ago but I just forgot to post them! Whilst exploring with the boyfriend we came across these great abandoned vintage cars in a field on the side of the road. 

Just spend an entire night completing an assignment which we had one day to complete. Needless to say that I would love nothing more than to never have to calculate an eigenvalue/vector again.
