I went to a funeral today. Someone dear to the family passed away last week. I like to think she died peacefully and painlessly and that she's in a better place now. Being my first funeral ever I was quite unsure as to how I should act.. whether or not to bawl my eyes out or maintain my composure.. It got me thinking of how important and grateful I am for having my family, boyfriend and friends in my life.

I'm hoping the weather this weekend is awesome so I can showcase some of my outfits =D

My Guilty Pleasures

So for the past few days I've been out of control with my purchases and I have had a particular addiction to shoes. Yesterday I spent the day with my bestie at Bondi shopping centre and both fell in love with the Steve Madden shoe sale. We both left the store with great bargains and we also bought these cute animal claw novelty slippers..
I have to say these sales really are putting a strain on my wallet.. but who can resist end of financial year sales?

So these were just so cheap.. how cheap? $45 cheap. That's right $45 for Steve Maddens.

I've had my eye on these for a while and when I realized that they were only $75 I knew I had to have them.

These are by far my favourites =P they really should bring these onto the runway haha.
